The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Employment Lawyer to join our Global Law Firm as part of our team in employment and workplace relations. This is an incredible chance to collaborate with top Partners on high-profile matters, provide expert advice on all aspects of workplace law, and work alongside like-minded professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience as an Employment Lawyer, preferably in a similar role. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding the team on litigious and non-litigious matters such as unfair dismissal, workplace bullying, employment contracts, award interpretation, and discrimination.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional legal advice to clients on complex employment law matters
  • Collaborate with Partners and other lawyers to develop innovative solutions
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's reputation in employment law

What We Offer
