About the Role - Sales Support Consultant

6-month max term role

AGL's Emerging Business Team drives sustainable growth aligned with the purpose of "Powering Australian Life." Collaborating with diverse partners, the team focuses on solving customer problems related to decarbonisation and electrification. As part of our eMobility Mission, we seek a Sales and Support Consultant to enhance customer experiences in initiatives like Electric Vehicle subscriptions and Home Charging & electrification. This role contributes to the success and growth of the incubation business by providing sales solutions, customer support, and valuable insights for continual improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for consumer benefit.

What you’ll be doing:
- Sell a diverse range of energy products and services to meet sales targets aligned with Objectives and Key Results.- Collaborate with suppliers to manage deliveries, installations, and service provision efficiently.- Address customer inquiries, including product details, payments, and initial troubleshooting, while managing and resolving complaints.- Achieve weekly and monthly targets by effectively managing leads and opportunities within a structured pipeline.- Assist in CRM and Sales platform administration, customer communications, and account management. Contribute to Go-to-Market strategy through test campaigns, VOC feedback, and reporting. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high NPS scores. Support automation and efficiency efforts by optimising manual processes.

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Customer service, sales, and account management skills with a positive learning attitude.- Excellent verbal and written communication, adept at analysing and addressing customer needs.-
- Competence in managing multiple systems concurrently, including CRM and Invoicing. Demonstrated reporting and analytical skills.- Proactively identifies and experiments with opportunities for workflow improvements. A goal-oriented, energetic approach to sales with a keen sense of urgency.
