**POLICY MANAGEMENT LEAD**

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? As a Policy Management Lead reporting to the Manager Risk and Research, you will take a lead role in the design and implementation of a policy management framework that supports the needs of the RFS. You will ensure the development and maintenance of relevant, accessible, and fit for purpose policies and procedures. Your role will include researching and analysing policy matters, providing policy writing advice, and offering expert guidance and support to policy owners.
- a strong background in policy management, governance, public sector administration or related field.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes.
