This is an opportunity to further consolidate your HR Business Partnering career within a role that will offer longer term development and the chance to drive initiatives and change.

The role is a Perth based opportunity with ad hoc site based travel, based within their Head Offices.

Reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will be responsible for partnering with the leaders within their mining based projects.

You will be the point of escalation for more complex based advisory, coaching and development and be instrumental in embedding new strategic initiatives which will include diversity, equity and inclusion, succession planning and talent management.

The portfolio for this role is predominantly blue collar and constitutes a large proportion of their overall business, with further growth projected in both the short and long term.

You will possess prior experience of working within a high volume, blue collar environment and bring an energy and enthusiasm to influence change and develop strong working relationships within both your function and your business group.
