**Job Description**:
his role is a maternity leave cover position, with the possibility of extension. You will be providing a high level of planning and administration processing to assist in achieving the business goals and company objectives focusing on the scheduling and administration of the day to day certification processes.

Some of the specific responsibilities are:

- Undertake system administration and database management.
- Assist in maintenance of effective communication links between SGS affiliates / clients / staff / sub-contract auditors / Customers and Audit Management.
- Receiving audit packs and uploading to relevant database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to auditor/client enquiries in a timely manner.
- Generating various administrative reports (invoicing, auditor payments, certificate issue and etc) in a timely manner.
- Coordination of administrative requirements and purchasing and general administration support, among others.

**Qualifications**:

- Computer experience - MS Office suite (advanced Excel preferred).
- Knowledge of database programs and concepts.
- Previous administration experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of Food Auditing team requirements
