An excellent opportunity is available for an organised and reliable **Workshop Manager** to join our Service team.

**In this role you will be coordinating the day-to-day operations of the workshop and leading the team to ensure productivity and efficiency targets are met, to provide an exceptional guest experience.**

**This is a full-time role with the option of a 9 day fortnight.**

**How you will make an impact**:

- Providing technical support to guests in relation to the current mechanical condition of their vehicle, road testing vehicles with guests to identify vehicle concerns
- Maximising productivity and efficiency in the workshop, ensuring Technicians are meeting on-time delivery targets
- Assisting Technicians with complex diagnoses and repairs, and providing training where required
- Reporting all necessary work to the Service Advisors for clear transparent communication with guests, communicating with guests directly on problematic repairs as required
- Managing workshop cleanliness, all equipment servicing and tool calibration, and maintenance of car cleaning bays/auto car wash

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum 5 years experience with the Toyota product in a leadership role
- Current manual drivers license
- Light vehicle trade certificate
- Proven leadership skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
