Workshop Manager
/ Technical Advisor to join our Service team.
In this role you will be coordinating the day-to-day operations of the workshop and leading the team to ensure productivity and efficiency targets are met, to provide an exceptional guest experience.
This is a full-time role with the option of a 9 day fortnight.
We are a family-owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 30 years.
We're one of Perth's biggest Toyota dealerships and proudly hold the title of the largest Toyota Genuine Parts dealer in Australia.

How you will make an impact:
- Supporting the Workshop Controller in maximising productivity and efficiency in the workshop, ensuring Technicians are meeting on-time delivery targets
- Assisting Technicians with complex and/or unusual diagnoses and repairs, providing training where required
- Reporting all necessary work to the Service Advisors for clear communication with guests, and completing final quality checks to ensure all concerns have been rectified
- Holding Tool Box meetings and communicating up to date technical information to all Technicians and apprentices
- Managing workshop cleanliness, all equipment servicing and tool calibration, and maintenance of car cleaning bays/auto car wash
Desired Skills and Experience:
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with the Toyota product in a leadership role
- Current Manual Driver's License
- Light Vehicle Trade Certificate
- Proven leadership skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
