**The Role**:
Excellent opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join our team to manage specific procurement goals in line with ENGIE’s global procurement strategy and governance processes.

The role is accountable to the Head of Procurement and the incumbent can work flexibly from home and from our new Southbank office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop category strategies for key spend and engage closely with business stakeholders to execute on these strategies
- Manage supply risks through comprehensive analysis of supply chain, financials and HSE
- Ensure contract delivery, vision and compliance is achieved within cost management targets and meeting requirements of internal and external stakeholders
- On-going review of current supplier agreements and identify opportunities for improved delivery and/or cost effectiveness
- Act in support of ENGIE’s objectives around Indigenous Reconciliation, ethics and carbon emissions reduction

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant procurement experience, preferably gained from multinational, matrix management environments. You have demonstrated experience in category management or large-scale contract management and skills in all facets of strategic sourcing - planning, negotiations and ongoing supplier management. You are an advocate of diversity and inclusion and will support the progress of the Reconciliation Action Plan for ENGIE ANZ.

You ensure accountability by holding self and others accountable to meet commitments and can manage complexity when required. You possess excellent communication skills, work collaboratively with others and can balance multiple stakeholders.
