ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Are you obsessed with all things social? Love creating scroll-stopping content and keeping up with the latest trends? We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to join our Shoes & Sox team and bring our brand to life across social channels, influencer collabs, PR buzz and epic content.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and agency partners to grow our online presence, build meaningful connections, and make sure Shoes & Sox is always in the spotlight.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Plan, create and schedule content across our social platforms – Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Own the social media calendar, bringing brand and trade campaigns to life with creative flair.
• Collaborate with influencers and our PR agency to drive buzz through events, seeding and partnerships.
• Help concept and produce engaging, on-brand content – from shoot planning to final edits.
• Track performance across social and influencer activity, reporting on what's working and why.
• Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh, fun ideas to the table.

ABOUT YOU

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• 2–3 years' experience in social media, content, PR or influencer marketing – ideally in fashion, retail or consumer brands.
• A natural flair for storytelling, content creation and spotting trends.
• Great communication skills – you're confident working with agencies, influencers, and teammates alike.
• Super organised with a creative eye and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for social media and keeping your finger on the pulse.
• Experience with tools like Monday.com and Dash Social is a bonus
