Your Role As an Assistant Manager or Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial and advisory services while mentoring junior staff and contributing to team success.
Key responsibilities include: Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and super funds.
Providing strategic tax planning and business advisory services.
Leading and reviewing the work of junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Analysing financial data and management reports to provide actionable insights to clients.
Ensuring compliance with current accounting and legal standards.
Communicating effectively with managers and partners on workflow and team performance.
What You'll Bring Essential: Degree in Business/Commerce with an Accounting major.
CA qualification (or equivalent) completed.4-5 years' experience in professional services.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable: Experience managing or mentoring a team.
