Join the team at SkyCity Adelaide at an exciting new premium Chinese restaurant opening to the public this year.
We are now looking for a passionate hospitality professional to dive into this amazing opportunity as our Assistant Manager.
The venue is set to open in October 2025, with a start date in early September.
What does the role look like?
As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with and support the Venue Manager in the daily business operations, leading from the front to develop and nurture your team to promote exceptional service delivery, ensuring complete guest satisfaction, in turn, maximising value and financial returns for the business. You will also be responsible for staff rostering, overseeing recruitment, performance management and cost control.
What you will look like?
You will have passion for the hospitality industry and customer service and thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will possess extensive product knowledge and have prior leadership experience in a similar high-end restaurant environment, either locally, interstate or overseas. Considerable knowledge of local and international wines is advantageous. A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is crucial. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, is required, with some flexibility needed for event days.
