We provide project management and engineering experience and expertise to the Technology, Resource, Oil and Gas, Power and Energy, Government, Civil Construction and Marine industries.We are currently seeking a suitable qualified and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our project team on a MRWA Road Construction Project.About the Project:Initially this will be a DIDO project located approx.
140 km north of Perth with a 10:4 day roster with camp facilities provided.Relevant qualification in civil engineering or construction managementMinimum 2 years employment experience in civil construction industry (preference to MRWA experience)A valid driver's licenceWhite CardHigh level of computer literacy, Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPointExcellent safety, work ethics and communication skillsSound knowledge and understanding of MRWA standards and specificationsFlexible and understanding of regional work rosters and project requirementsStrong ability to work with others: clients, fellow workers, subordinates, and managementMust be willing / able to work away at remote sites as well as work locally in the Perth Metro areaAbility to complete satisfactory pre-employment medicalResponsibilitiesAssisting Project Manager with project reportingLiaising with Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors onsiteProviding site specific engineering expertiseCompilation of Quality Assurance documentation (ITP's and MDR)Undertake visual inspections, arrange testing and reportingProcurement of materials and engagement of subcontractorsCommunication and management of subcontractors and suppliersCompetitive Full time Salary (paid fortnightly)Good Pipeline of WorksTraining and Upskilling on the projectEmployee support from Head officePre-employment RequirementsComplete a pre-employment medicalPass initial and ongoing drug & alcohol screeningPolice ClearanceComply with Garli's Drug & Alcohol PolicyWe strongly encourage those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to apply for this position.If you fit the above criteria and are interested in the role, please clickAPPLY NOW.
