We are partnering with a leading national law firm to recruit a Senior Associate with strong experience in real estate law. This role is perfect for an ambitious lawyer who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take the next step in their legal career.

The opportunity
This opportunity to join a market leading team and work on high value, complex property transactions for a sophisticated client base, incl. developers, fund managers, government, and institutional investors is rare to find.
In this role, you will:
  • Work on capital transactions, large scale property developments and real estate joint ventures
  • Advise on agreements for lease, commercial leasing, and associated real estate documentation
  • Collaborate with cross practice teams
  • Deliver strategic legal advice throughout the lifecycle of development and investment projects
  • Engage directly with clients and help manage key relationships
This is an ideal role for a real estate lawyer who is looking to take the next step in a nationally respected team, with the autonomy to lead, the support to grow, and the exposure to work that makes a real impact.

Exceptional Legal Professional Required
You are a commercially minded lawyer with:
  • PQE5+ years law firm experience in real estate or corporate property transactions
  • Experience in complex property matters including acquisitions, developments, and leasing
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
  • A commitment to client service and continuous improvement
  • Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and being part of a positive team culture
We also welcome candidates with a background in corporate law who have a solid grounding in real estate transactions and are seeking to specialise further in this area.
