Now, we're on the hunt for a Head Installer – someone who doesn't just "do the job" but leads with pride, lifts the team, and brings elite-level skill to every install. You'll work directly with management, help make high-level decisions, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our install division.

About the Role

You'll lead a small install team across ducted, split, VRF, and cassette systems, taking ownership from rough-in to fit-off. This is your chance to step up into leadership, grow with a business that backs its people, and be treated like the pro you are.

  • Leading and managing install jobs – from pre-site prep to final fit-off
  • Installing ducted, split, VRF & cassette air conditioning systems
  • Managing a small install team and mentoring apprentices
  • Collaborating with project managers and office staff
  • Ensuring top-quality workmanship and adherence to standards
  • Problem-solving on the fly and taking initiative on-site
  • Playing an active role in improving our install processes and decision-making

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Construction White Card
  • Ability to lead and manage a small team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
