iShoes is an establish footwear business and has 4 retail stores across Victoria. We are looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Spencer Outlet Centre store.

iShoes has you covered for the latest in women's comfort and lifestyle footwear. Bringing you the best in Australian and European brands with stylish shoes designed with comfort in mind.

Not only do we carry the best in women's comfort footwear, we also offer a wide range of school shoes all year round – from prep to year 12

The idea for iShoes started due to an ever-growing demand for exceptional quality footwear at an affordable price, opening our first store in 2006 and now the company has expanded to many stores across Victoria.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Achieve sales budget
  • Provide outstanding services to customers
  • In store visual merchandising and window display
  • Prepare weekly roster and manage casual staff
  • Maintain a nice, clean and tidy shop
  • Minimize controllable expenses, such as casual wage and shrinkage
  • Order stock including stock refill
  • Receive stock
  • Inventory management including stock count
  • Train casual staff on sales, products and safety
  • Build customers relationship and customer base
  • Be a role model and lead your team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Follow operation procedures and meet company performance standard and requirements.

Desired experience and skills

  • Proven at least 1year of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail
  • A natural leader who motivates and supports team growth
  • Warm, approachable and team-focused
  • Results-driven – you know how to hit KPIs and keep stock under control
  • Strong time management and clear communication skills
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a positive energy every shift
