About The Team & Office

Calling all admin superstars to join our high-performing team in our central Newcastle office on a 12-month contract. A day in the life?

As one of our admin superstars, you'll be the glue that keeps the team running smoothly. No two days are the same but your day could include:
  • Jumping in to help wherever needed—no task is too big or too small
  • Creating a positive experience for both colleagues and clients through your friendly, can-do attitude
  • Keeping calendars and schedules organised and up to date
  • Preparing documents, reports, and handling data entry with precision
  • Supporting internal teams with admin tasks and coordination

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach to client service.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
