Job Title: Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and maintaining our inventory database.

This is a rewarding position that involves analyzing, updating, and maintaining our inventory data using Excel and BusinessCraft. You will gain exposure to procurement, pricing, and inventory control.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating inventory data using Excel and BusinessCraft
  • Collecting and analyzing pricing information
  • Providing reports on product availability and inventory status
  • Assisting with general admin/data entry and reviewing vendor and supplier invoices
  • Working closely with the procurement team to manage supply contracts
  • Supporting business goals by delivering accurate information within tight deadlines
About You:
  • You have advanced Excel skills, comfortable with functions such as VLOOKUP
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and attention to details with effective oral and written communication skills
  • You are goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team environment
  • You have the ability to liaise across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Building or previous experience within the residential construction industry
