Senior Account Executive

We're seeking a seasoned Sales professional to drive innovation within Higher Education and University sectors across Australia.

As a trusted advisor, you'll craft strategic account plans, engage deeply with education leaders, and deliver Salesforce solutions that transform learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans for the higher education sector.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the education landscape, including regulatory changes, government initiatives, and procurement cycles.
  • Position our Education Cloud solutions to address educational institutions' specific needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a customer-focused sales approach.
  • Co-develop and execute detailed account plans for larger accounts.
  • Built and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Maintain accurate account data in CRM systems.
  • Cultivate relationships with K-12 and Higher Education customers by understanding their unique challenges and positioning Salesforce solutions effectively.
  • Stay ahead of competitive trends and market dynamics.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in team-building and professional development activities.
  • Travel as needed to engage with customers and support sales efforts.
