You'll be overseeing a clean and established rent roll of around 400 properties, but this is not a task-heavy role. With leasing, admin, and PM support in place, your focus will be on team leadership, client relationships, and driving service excellence.

Your Role:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Admin staff
  • Work closely with the down to earth and ambitious Principal to strive and implement business growth
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery across the portfolio
  • Support escalations and complex tenancy matters when needed
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practice
  • Represent the agency with professionalism and pride
What you need:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management
  • Previous experience in a senior or leadership capacity preferred
  • Strong legislative knowledge and QCAT experience
  • QLD Certificate or Licence in Real Estate
  • Confident using PropertyMe (or similar)
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and organisational skills
  • A proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-performing environment
