Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of consultant psychologists and OD professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and innovative, evidence-based solutions.
  • Lead and design high-value consulting projects to support professional growth and provide client-ready outcomes.
  • Ensure delivery against commercial and people outcomes for industry clients, leveraging our psychology and consulting expertise.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Essential: Qualifications in Psychology (with current AHPRA registration).
  • Seasoned leadership capability program designer and facilitator for senior stakeholder audiences.
  • Customer-led mindset with experience improving client outcomes and performance.
  • Understanding of the commercial requirements of consulting and capability to manage operational performance (process and people).
  • Proven experience leading large-scale psychosocial risk prevention, mental health and wellbeing projects.
Location

The successful candidate can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
