Responsibilities
  • Guide and support participants to succeed in their employment
  • Provide ongoing support to participants who have secured employment
  • Mentor and coach individuals to navigate new roles, with regular check-ins and guidance on workplace issues
  • Collaborate with employers to foster a positive working relationship and connect participants with additional support services as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience in Employment Services or related fields is advantageous but not essential
  • A qualification such as a Cert IV in Employment Services is highly regarded but not essential
  • Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement
  • Set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role
Who are you?

You are a dedicated professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and employers. You should be able to problem-solve, resolve conflict, and provide tailored support to meet diverse client needs. You should balance empathy, dignity, and respect while driving positive business outcomes.
