The Impact You'll Make

As a Bookkeeping Supervisor/Manager, you'll be both a leader and a hands-on operator, responsible for client relationships, workflow oversight, and driving team performance.

Your role will combine:

Client Management – Be the trusted first point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring clients' bookkeeping runs seamlessly.

Solution Design – Implement best-practice accounting technology and workflows that drive efficiency and clarity.

Team Leadership – Mentor, coach and grow your team of bookkeepers (onshore & offshore), ensuring accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement.

Technical Oversight – Ensure high-quality bookkeeping, compliance and reporting across multiple clients, using platforms like Xero and MYOB.

This is a role where your leadership and systems thinking directly elevate both your clients and your team.

What You'll Bring

6+ years' bookkeeping experience across multiple clients, ideally in public practice.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience – confident delegating and coaching others.

Ability to oversee and review client accounts with accuracy and insight.

Strong understanding of accounting software (Xero, MYOB) and workflow tools.

Tech-savvy with a mindset for process improvement and system optimisation.

Excellent written and verbal communication – able to explain technical matters in plain English.

Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to onboard new clients
