This is a permanent, full-time role based in either Sydney Olympic Park, NSW or Hobart/Margate, TAS offices.

What you'll be doing
  • Support end-to-end payroll activities across weekly and fortnightly pay cycles
  • Collaborate on payroll-related projects and process improvements
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional service
  • Interpret enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and legislation
  • Ensure compliance with tax and superannuation regulations
  • Use payroll systems such as Chris21 and Dayforce, with intermediate Excel skills
  • Contribute to the implementation of our new HRIS system
What we are looking for
  • Eye for detail and commitment to compliance, with experience in a dynamic business
  • Customer service mindset; experience in fast-paced, high-volume weekly/fortnightly pays in a full-function payroll environment, with stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in interpreting enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and legislation
  • Experience in tax and superannuation legislations
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use various payroll and time & attendance systems (e.g., Chris21, Dayforce) and intermediate Excel
