The Role & Team

The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) enhances project governance, oversight, and delivery capability at Airservices. Within it, the Reporting and Performance Analysis team ensures high-quality, accurate reporting to support informed decision-making.

As a Reporting Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, validating insights, and maintaining consistent, reliable reports. You will take ownership of data validation processes, update reports regularly, and develop new reports from scratch—defining data sources, structuring dashboards, and delivering insights that drive business decisions.

The Person

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with expertise in data validation, reporting, and analysis. You thrive on working with large datasets, ensuring absolute accuracy, and proactively identifying errors before they impact decision-making. You have an investigative mindset, questioning inconsistencies and driving continuous improvement in reporting quality.

You are comfortable with structured data, dashboards, and reporting tools, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clarity, reliability, and integrity of reporting outputs. If you take pride in high-quality reporting standards and enjoy building new reports when needed, this role is for you

Key Qualifications
  • Data Validation & Analysis – Proven experience in data accuracy, validation, and reporting, ideally in an EPMO or project-based environment.
  • Technical Proficiency – Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Data Integrity & Problem-Solving – Ability to cross-check multiple data sources, identify inconsistencies, resolve discrepancies, and detect anomalies.
  • Report Development – Ability to build reports from scratch, define data sources, and structure dashboards for clear insights.
  • Independent & Collaborative Work – Take ownership of data validation processes while working closely with teams to improve reporting workflows.
  • Data Governance & Automation – Familiarity with reporting standardisation best practices and experience in automating data validation or improving reporting efficiencies.
