Child Development Therapist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Behavioural Therapy Assistant in Newcastle. We are expanding our services and seeking highly motivated individuals to work with children and families.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that provides Applied Behaviour Analysis, Positive Behaviour Support, and early intervention services. As part of our organisation, opportunities for additional shifts may be available.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in varied settings under the guidance and supervision of a qualified supervisor.
- Support clients in developing skills in communication, social interactions, and emotional regulation.
- Collect client data to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages client participation.
- Studying or completed a Degree/Certificate in Psychology, Disability, Education, Occupational Therapy, or related field (preferred).
- Experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
