Overview

Chargrill Charlie's is an iconic Australian brand known for its chicken and crew-focused culture. We are looking for a Front of House Manager for Fairlight (Casual/Part-Time/Full-Time) to lead the guest service team and help deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the Front of House team to provide exceptional guest service and value for money.
  • Provide clear direction and support to team members; lead crew to prepare and serve food and create positive customer experiences.
  • Maintain store standards and contribute to continuous improvement of the business.
  • Manage guest interactions, address complaints empathetically, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Prior leadership experience is required; ability to lead and delegate tasks to others.
  • Empathetic approach to guests and team members.
  • Hospitality industry understanding; proficiency in Microsoft Office is helpful.
  • Food-loving, results-driven, and passion for leading people and performance in a fast-paced setting.
