Front of House Manager

Chargrill Charlie's is more than a chicken shop; it's an Aussie icon. Since 1989 our team has been delivering a unique experience, including bottled sauces, addictive chicken salt, and branded merchandise. We're looking for Front of House Managers to join our iconic brand and help create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.
Responsibilities- Lead the Front of House team with clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and provide exceptional guest service.
- Maintain store operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business.
- Foster a positive work environment that motivates the crew and ensures value for money for guests.
- Delegate tasks effectively and handle guest requests and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Prior leadership experience is required to lead and delegate tasks to others.
- Understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is helpful.
- Love for food, results-driven, and passionate about leading people and performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, determined, and responsible; empathetic with regards to guest needs.
