In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting the innovative vision, comprehensive strategy, and detailed road-map for our cross-product, developer platform, and integrations offerings. You will use your exceptional technical acumen and profound expertise in product management to shape the future direction of our product, provide strategic leadership, and drive growth in these critical areas. What You Will Do
  • Drive the vision, strategy, and road-map for our AI insights team. Meet with customers, prospects, and internal teams like Customer Success, Technology Alliances, and Sales to drive innovation. Assess the partner, competitive, and market landscape to inform your decisions. Define, measure, and analyse metrics to gain insights and inform the roadmap. Collaborate with engineering, design, product marketing, and other teams to define work and go-to-market activities. Improve and execute on themes, features, and initiatives to enhance user engagement and experience. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and strategic direction to the enterprise for long-range planning. Evangelise the product both internally and externally, advocating and storytelling to achieve the best outcomes. Mentor and lead a distributed team on a day-to-day basis. Contribute to scaling a great product team that values collaboration, meaningful work, diversity, and impact.
What you will Bring:
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Product Manager or co-founder, with proven experience in Enterprise SaaS platforms, technical products, cybersecurity, or developer ecosystems and integrations. Eight (8) or more years of experience successfully building and shipping complex or technical products. Previous experience in a successful early-stage company is a plus. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. The ability to build rapport with highly skilled engineering teams and challenge them on decisions and priorities. Demonstrated ability to create and manage technical road-maps to ship products on time and within scope. Excellent leadership and superior interpersonal/communication skills that make you an effective collaborator at all levels. The ability and interest to collaborate with those in other time zones. In-depth knowledge of the coding journey and software development principles, allowing you to engage in deep technical discussions and turn ideas into viable solutions. Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee the development lifecycle.

  • Strong Technical Background: In-depth knowledge of technology stacks, software development principles, ability to engage in technical discussions, understand complex technical concepts, and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
  • Technical Project Management: Managing complex technical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing the development lifecycle. Ability to plan, track progress, and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery of technical initiatives.
