About the role

Seeking an experienced Cloud Operations & Cyber Security Technician to join a dynamic team supporting the delivery of secure and reliable digital services. This role will involve day-to-day operations across cloud infrastructure, server administration, and web hosting environments within AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cloud infrastructure, manage servers, and support web hosting environments within AWS
  • Maintain security posture and ensure reliable digital services
Required skills
  • Strong TCP/IP and networking concepts
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) operations
  • Linux administration skills, particularly RHEL and CentOS
  • AWS services such as RDS, Route53, CloudFront, and Application Load Balancers
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, GitLab, VSC, Ansible)
  • Knowledge of containerisation (Docker) and Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS)
  • Experience in web hosting technologies including WordPress, NGINX, PHP, and MySQL
