Senior Cloud Engineer

This permanent role seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust and scalable cloud platforms.

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in supporting development, testing, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless operations and driving technical excellence within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust cloud platform solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to development, testing, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless platform operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform architecture and processes.
  • Engage in a diverse range of projects, adapting quickly to new challenges.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to complex technical issues.
  • Utilise AWS and Terraform for infrastructure management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or in a similar platform-focused role.
  • Demonstrated experience with AWS and Terraform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and provide leadership within a technical team.
  • Experience working effectively in a dynamic, multicultural team environment.
  • Desirable Bonus: A strong software engineering background and/or working understanding of cloud technologies.
