Training Coordinator

This is a hands-on role where your organisational skills, attention to detail, and passion for learning will shine.

About the Job
  • Coordinating training schedules, venues, and travel logistics.
  • Managing student records and compliance data in learner management systems.
  • Generating and maintaining training reports to support compliance and decision-making.
  • Managing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Driving internal audit processes for quality assurance and prepare rectification plans.
  • Preparing and lodging mandatory reporting, including Quality Indicator Data.
  • Coordinating training contracts, variations, and government incentive submissions.
  • Supporting the creation of engaging learning materials, considering adult learning principles.
  • Responding to queries related to education, ensuring provision of outstanding customer service.
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders and requisitions, ordering training consumables and office supplies.
  • Driving continuous improvement in training processes and learner experience.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in operations and knowledge of sector requirements.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience ensuring compliance requirements are met and conducting internal audits.
  • Proficiency in similar LMS/SMS platforms.
  • Experience in supporting the development of learning resources with an understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship incentives and related processes.
