Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent located in Cairns, QLD. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing property transactions, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating sales, preparing property listings, and handling relevant paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Real Estate License
  • Customer Service and relationship management skills
  • Experience in Real Estate and Sales
  • Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Cairns region market is beneficial
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards
