Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Business Development Manager Should Have
  • Proven experience in capital equipment sales or rental equipment.
  • Strong ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional proposals.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving goals.
  • Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence.
