Overview

Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced clinical assessment, planning, and coordination of care for patients with complex needs.
  • Provide clinical leadership and act as a role model for professional practice, education, and research.
  • Support and mentor staff and students through facilitation, supervision, and education.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement, innovation, and research activities aligned with service goals.
About you

We are looking for an experienced and motivated nurse who is passionate about education, clinical excellence, and patient-centred care. You will demonstrate:

  • Advanced clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills in acute and/or subacute care.
  • Ability to provide leadership, mentoring, and education to nursing staff, students, and interprofessional teams.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
