Job Description

Thanks to our continued growth, the Dutton Automotive team is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a full-time Vehicle Buying Coordinator to join our team.

This role is suitable for self-motivated individuals who have sales experience or simply the drive to learn something new. This full-time Monday to Friday role will see you proactively source and purchase vehicles on behalf of the business, driving strong results and profitability.

You will enjoy more than just a rewarding role; our Port Melbourne location is a state-of-the-art facility with on-site parking and is just a short walk from great coffee shops and cafes. It's a vibrant, supportive environment where you can do your best work (and keep your weekends to yourself).

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assessing vehicles in collaboration with internal valuers.
• Accurately maintain and manage all contract documentation related to vehicle purchases.
• Daily update and manage CRM.
• Liaising with the internal logistics team.

• Highly organised, able to manage your day independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Motivated by KPIs and enjoys working towards rewarding goals.
• Strong verbal communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
