Remuneration: $166,678.00 – $186,448.00 per annum, plus 12% Superannuation

Hours Per Week: 40

Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards / Sky Central, Charlestown – with flexible working arrangements available

The Opportunity: The Senior Manager, People and Culture (Pillars) provides a high-level strategic business partnering service to executives and senior management, through providing expert tailored advice and value-add solutions to deliver strategic business outcomes and ensure effective People and Culture (P&C) support across all areas of the organisation. You will provide leadership, support and strategic direction to executives and senior management across the organisation for activities which focus on our people across the employee journey, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement and culture, performance and development, safety and well-being, career progression and succession planning.
