
Team Assistant and EA to CFO

- Provide superior executive administrative support to our CFO
- Part time, 3 days per week, 12-month contract
- Brisbane CBD | Land of the Yuggera and Turrbal People
About the role:
- Provide high quality administrative support to the broader finance community including 5 direct reports as well as Executive Assistant support to our CFO
- Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking, invoice processing and expense reconciliations, and financial administration
- Provide support on operational projects, pulling together data, managing excel spreadsheets, producing reports and streamlining processes
- Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams.
- An executive level EA with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude coupled with maturity, confidentiality, and diplomacy
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Committed, enthusiastic team player, with a passion for helping and collaborating with diverse individuals in a busy environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, manage and prioritise workflow, and anticipate needs for senior leaders and the business before they arise
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge coupled with eagerness and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs.
