Karlka Fencewright is a leading 100% Indigenous-owned business specialising in the supply, manufacturing, and installation of commercial and industrial fencing across Western Australia. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Malaga.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the manufacturing and preparation of fencing components

Operate hand tools, power tools and machinery safely and efficiently

Load and unload materials

General cleaning and upkeep of the factory

Support welders, fabricators and dispatch as required

Follow all WHS procedures and report any safety issues

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a factory, yard, or construction setting preferred

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) highly regarded

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality

Must be eligible to work in Australia

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Previous experience in construction, fencing, or labouring (advantageous but not essential)

Current Driver's Licence (essential)
