We're currently seeking a motivated Trade Assistant to join our client's workshop team based in Malaga. This is a casual full-time role with genuine potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About The Role

You'll be working closely with experienced welders and fabricators, supporting them in a hands-on workshop environment. Your daily duties will include:

  • Assisting tradespeople with a variety of tasks
  • Operating power tools and equipment under supervision
  • Preparing work areas and cleaning up after jobs
  • General workshop labouring

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a workshop or mechanical setting
  • Hook lift, rear lift, or tipper truck experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn
  • Welding experience (highly advantageous)
  • Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
