We have multiple exciting opportunities for Claims Support Officers to join our team in Sydney. These are 10-month contract roles offering the chance to develop your career within a supportive, high-performing environment.
- Job Title: Claims Support Officer
- Location: 10 Shelley Street, Sydney 2000
- Salary: $79,500 (inclusive of 12% superannuation)
- Contract Dates: 1 October 2025 – 15 August 2026
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office + work from home, post-probation)
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Manage insurance phone queues in line with contact centre targets.
- Gather, validate, and follow up on claim details.
- Refer matters to business partners and support complex escalations.
- Assist with reviews, audits, and additional team tasks as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer outcomes.
- Contribute to learning, coaching, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support other queues during peak periods.
- Qualifications in Administration, Business, Accounting, or Finance (advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to resolve issues confidently and professionally over the phone.
- Sound problem-solving and collaboration skills.
