The Role:

We are seeking a Process Analyst to support a high-impact initiative aimed at optimising end-to-end processes across apparel categories within a large national retail network. This role plays a key part in driving operational improvement across merchandise, supply chain, and store functions to enhance consistency, efficiency, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and a sound understanding of how retail apparel businesses operate. You will work across multiple teams to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and support the execution of change that delivers measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct current and future-state process mapping across apparel categories
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with merchandise, planning, operations, and supply chain teams to gather input and align solutions
  • Support the delivery of process improvements through documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change support
  • Analyse workflow data to identify trends and provide business insights
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional stakeholders

Essential Experience

  • Strong background in process analysis, business improvement, or continuous improvement
  • Understanding of apparel retail operations, including planning, supply chain, and in-store execution
  • Experience identifying and executing process changes in a cross-functional retail environment
  • Proven ability to create clear documentation and process visuals
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience within an apparel brand, department store, or vertically integrated fashion retailer
  • Exposure to retail systems, merchandise planning tools, or transformation programs

  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
