About the Role

We are seeking multiple Product Consultants / Specialists to join a major Lending Management System (LMS) rebuild.

These roles will play a hands-on part in configuring and customising the solution, ensuring it meets business requirements and delivers effectively into production.

You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and technical teams to shape a solution that drives measurable impact for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customise the Loan Origination / Loan Management solution
  • Translate business and functional requirements into accurate product configurations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery
  • Provide input on best practices from a lending/loan origination domain perspective
Requirements
  • 5–10 years' experience in Australia OR 15+ years internationally in solution consulting/product delivery
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL (for data-heavy configuration and troubleshooting)
  • Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting enterprise-grade platforms
  • Preferable: Prior Loan Origination Software (LOS) implementation experience
  • Sydney-based (onsite CBD office presence required)
