  • Communicating, leading, and achieving monthly SMART goals aligned with strategic priorities
  • Managing overall club operations, including reporting and team training
  • Overseeing local marketing through business partnerships
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and club operations
  • Overseeing payroll and labor budgets
