We're on the lookout for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join a thriving performance team that's full of energy, ideas, and opportunity

This is your chance to work with a brilliant bunch of strategists, creatives, analysts, and developers—all collaborating under one roof to create intelligent, results-driven campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of paid media campaigns (strategy, execution, optimisation)
  • Lead client relationships with confidence and transparency
  • Use data to build meaningful strategies and forecasts
  • Create media plans that actually deliver commercial results
  • Stay sharp with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Collaborate across departments on multichannel campaigns
  • Mentor and support junior team members to lift the bar across the board

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years in Paid Media (agency experience required)
  • Is hands-on across Google Ads, Meta, Bing – programmatic is a bonus
  • Can think strategically and execute precisely
  • Knows how to lead client convos and build trust fast
  • Has experience mentoring or managing junior talent
  • Is strong in data analysis (GA4 experience highly regarded)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
