Senior Principal Technology Architect - Oracle CX Cloud

Spearhead our initiatives related to Oracle CX Cloud and associated technology platforms as a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Solution Enterprise Architect.

Design and implement Oracle CX Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives and technical specifications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute digital transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive architectures for Oracle CX Cloud solutions and related technology platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, conduct assessments of customers' IT systems and business needs, recommending improvements.
  • Develop strategies to optimize the performance, scalability, and maintainability of systems, aligning project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Establish governance models for projects to ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are consistently met, review and prepare documentation for architecture, design decisions, and integration workflows.
  • Mentor and coach junior architects and technical staff, assist in presales activities involving Oracle CX Cloud applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 15 years of experience in solution architecture and implementations, demonstrated leadership in large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Proven track record in leadership roles and defining solution architecture, extensive expertise in the Oracle CX Cloud product suite.
  • Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), strong understanding of integration patterns, data management, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
  • Prior working experience in the Australia public sector, understanding of Oracle Revenue & Billing Management or any other Pricing and Billing applications.
