Job Description:

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Solution Enterprise Architect to lead our initiatives related to Oracle CX Cloud and associated technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle CX Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture for Oracle CX Cloud solutions and related technology platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute digital transformation strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Conduct assessments of customers' IT systems and business needs, recommending improvements and proposing solution options.
  • Develop strategies to optimize the performance, scalability, and maintainability of systems.
  • Align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into effective technical solutions.
  • Establish governance models for projects to ensure quality, security, and compliance standards.
  • Review and prepare documentation for architecture, design decisions, and integration workflows.
  • Assist in presales activities involving Oracle CX Cloud applications.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in Oracle CX Cloud and related technologies.
  • Mentor and coach junior architects and technical staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 15 years of experience in solution architecture and implementations, specifically focusing on Oracle CX Cloud.
  • Demonstrated leadership in large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Proven track record in leadership roles and defining solution architecture.
  • Extensive expertise in the Oracle CX Cloud product suite.
  • Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood design principles.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, data management, and security best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle CX Cloud and related technologies are highly desirable.
