Kingborough Council is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in the newly established role of Executive Officer. This pivotal position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and provide high-level executive and governance support to both the CEO and the broader Executive Management Team.

Key responsibilities- Coordinate business planning and performance reporting across the organisation.
- Provide strategic advice and leadership during critical projects and organisational change.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee internal communication frameworks and support effective messaging.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and legislative requirements.
