About the role

Join First Parking's dynamic and growing team as a Finance Officer based in Brisbane. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business. With your strong administrative and accounting skills, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
What we\'re looking for
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, business or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounts administrator or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficient in using Xero and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
