Job Description
  • Provide support and maintenance for the organisation\'s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Monitor system health and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of new technology solutions.
  • Manage network security and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align technology infrastructure with business needs.
  • Document system configurations and processes for future reference.
  • Conduct regular system updates and backups to safeguard company data.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as required.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
  • Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard security protocols and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing technology improvements.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in information technology or a related field.
