We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Inventory Coordinator to join the NSW business unit in a full-time permanent capacity. This role is ideal for someone ready to broaden their operational understanding, work cross-functionally, and support critical stock and production processes across multiple yards.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in our systems (currently SAI, transitioning to AMCS)
- Reconcile daily production data and support monthly stocktake processes
- Ensure stock movements (e.g., pile transfers, BOM updates) are correctly recorded
- Support month-end processes with timely and insightful reporting and analysis
- Liaise closely with Operations, Transport, and Commercial teams
- Conduct physical audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & SAI systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, and production processes
- Flexible, collaborative and eager to learn
