We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Inventory Coordinator to join the NSW business unit in a full-time permanent capacity. This role is ideal for someone ready to broaden their operational understanding, work cross-functionally, and support critical stock and production processes across multiple yards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in our systems (currently SAI, transitioning to AMCS)
  • Reconcile daily production data and support monthly stocktake processes
  • Ensure stock movements (e.g., pile transfers, BOM updates) are correctly recorded
  • Support month-end processes with timely and insightful reporting and analysis
  • Liaise closely with Operations, Transport, and Commercial teams
  • Conduct physical audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & SAI systems)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, and production processes
  • Flexible, collaborative and eager to learn
